Our Maison d’Hotes *****L has always focused its attention on the wellness and health of its guests, therefore it has recently also activated a safety protocol to minimize the risk of infection and to allow guests to enjoy their holiday in total relaxation and safety and in compliance with the rules and their health.

Our hotel is a small Maison with a few rooms, 25 in total, which represent an intimate and discreet shelter away from the chaos of the most crowded places and the possibility of stopping in a place in close contact with other unknown people.

Following the indications provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian Institute of Health (ISS), we have implemented rigorous operating procedures:

Checks and continuous sanitizations are frequently carried out by our staff during the whole day to ensure the safety and wellness of the guests.
At each departure, meticulous cleaning sanitizations procedures for surfaces and textiles are applied in the rooms.

In particular, rooms and common areas are daily sanitized according to the ministry of health instructions, with 70% alcohol-based products, ozone-based machines and periodic sanitizations based on 70% alcohol and quaternary ammonium salts that guarantee their accurate hygienisation.
The common areas, Hall, Lounge Bar, Restaurant and Swimming Pool, have been equipped with a dispenser with sanitizing gel and respect the safety distances as per the decree.

Breakfast is served outdoors, there is no buffet, but we have prepared a rich à la carte menu (available on your mobile phone via QR code) at our panoramic Metropole terrace.

Guests can book treatments Spa or a dinner at our Metropole NeoBistrot, directly from their room.
All services can be consulted through QR code directly from mobile phone devices.
A Virtual Concierge service for our Guests, allows the customer to simplify their holiday and start it safely.
